PROM outfit question! please answer!!?

i'm a freshman who's going to prom with a group of my friends who are upper classmen (some lower classmen are going too)... Us freshman and sophmores decided to not to go all out for our dresses (it's not even OUR prom), so i want to get some truly spectacular (but NOT pricy) shoes and jewelry





anyway, i'm wearing a black-and-white polka dotted halter dress that about knee lengh ( this looks kinda like it: http://www.divavillage.com/images/produc... )... so, what color and style of shoe would you suggest pairing with this dress? what color/style of jewelry?





p.s. i don't want to be all boring and wear black shoes and black jewelry or something... i want COLORED shoes and jewelry!

Reply:Wear plastic bracelets to make it funky and fun and not look too formal.Try red, black and white. If it doesn't look silly, you should try to put a thick red belt on the dress, kind of high. Wear red shoes too! Wear red earrings and a chunky necklace like maybe a red or a black one.. good luck! I hope this helped! Anchor Blue may have stuff that would look good. =)

Reply:Cute dress! I'd definatly go with red shoes. Target has some really cute ones for around 20 bucks. Clair has great inexpensive jewlery.....you could go white and black bangles with one red one thrown in there. I'd do black or white earrings. Have fun.
