What is the amount of antimicrobial used in shoes?

There are different parts of shoes that requires antimicrobials.


The upper, midsoles, inner soles and outer. I would like to find out the usual amount used in the midsoles and the outer.

What is the amount of antimicrobial used in shoes?
None, unless you add it yourself.


But there are no antimicrobials used in the manufacturing of shoes.


Some of the chemicals used in tanning leather do have antimicrobial qualities, but they are not used because of these qualities.
