I've tried on about 15 different styles and don't find any of them very comfortable. The most comfortable pair has synthetic uppers which concerns me - I prefer leather for its flexibility and comfort, and I would imagine the synthetic shoes get hotter as well. I've tried all the style I can find in Cape Town - the range is v. limited. There seem to be some great shoes online but of course you can't try on. Pls help.
What to look for in golf shoes (ladies)?
Most top golf courses have a good selection ,when I was playing at Royal cape I saw quite a good range. You are very fortunate to be able to play golf on so many beautiful courses can I come and join you !
Reply:The most important thing for me would be comfort. There is nothing worse than trying to play a shot with the distraction of sore feet. Also something properly water proof, although by the sounds of it that may not need to be a priority due to your location.
Definitely do not buy without trying on. Apart from that, you will just need to keep looking. Sorry.
