How can you get rid of big half muscles?

I ran track %26amp; cross country for year, but I have now retired my shoes. Still I have huge calfs %26amp; I dont think its atractive because it doesnt balance out with my tiny upper body. Is there anyway to get rid of these muscles? is there anything I can do?

How can you get rid of big half muscles?
If your legs are proportional there should be no prob. I happen to love chicks with nice firm legs and a nice butt. But If they look like Popeyes Forearms then you really have a problem.
Reply:Work om the above the knee muscles and have the best legs around.
Reply:well from youre picture you look great... but how to get ride of you muscle, idk
Reply:Over time, muscles that were once worked excessively, tend to lose their size and strength because of the lack of high-intensity movement. So try not to stress. You can%26#039;t help it.

Personally, and as a fashion designer, legs are an important and attractive feature on a woman, and having toned muscle, implies health, just as a tan does.

Frankly - and no offense - I think you%26#039;re wrong. Your legs do not look overly muscular and neither does your torso look small, nor short, in comparison. If any of these things were an issue, the blue dress in your picture wouldn%26#039;t drape over your body correctly, and it would end up looking weird. Seriously, don%26#039;t trip; the legs you%26#039;ve got are ideal. The curvature of your legs will call more attention on the curvature of your bum, making you look more symmetrical. Have you ever seen Victoria Secret%26#039;s models calves on the runway? They don%26#039;t want normal, mediocre legs; they want beauty and health! Which means toned muscles, good skin and a bit of color.

If you still feel like they%26#039;re ginormous, try not wearing skirts that flair out too much, as they will appear to give more width to your lower body silohuette, while making your upper body look too thin.

But seriously, don%26#039;t trip.
