hi! does anyone know how to differentiate pigskin upper leather shoes from other type of leather (lamb or cow)?

You cannot tell just by look unless there is no type of finish on the leather. In shoes however this is unlikely and the only way to tell would be with a microscope as the formation of hair follicels is different in each animal.
